About the Role

You will assess and revamp IAM strategy across products, platforms, infrastructure, and corporate applications. You will architect identity governance and access-management solutions, implement identity lifecycle workflows, integrate IAM into security architecture, measure control effectiveness, and support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and information security.
  • Experience leading large-scale IAM projects in cloud-first and hybrid environments.
  • Programming expertise in Java, C++, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with enterprise identity administration and governance solutions.
  • Experience with adaptive authentication, OAuth, OpenID, and SAML.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Okta, AWS, Azure AD, Duo, or equivalent IAM products.
  • Experience with privileged access management solutions such as Delinea or CyberArk.
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux, macOS, Windows, and database management systems.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and revamp IAM strategy across products, platforms, infrastructure, and corporate applications.
  • Drive IAM implementation within a zero-trust security strategy.
  • Architect cloud-based identity governance, access-management, and directory solutions.
  • Implement RBAC and ABAC IAM workflows for onboarding and identity lifecycle management.
  • Advise IT, security, and development teams on IAM integration within security architecture.
  • Define KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs for IAM control effectiveness.
  • Design IAM solutions that support SOX and GxP compliance.
