About the Role

You will design and maintain GenAI-enabled developer tools and secure automation for software projects. You will improve workflows across GitLab, Jira, Confluence, build systems, and developer environments; extend GenAI harnesses; and support engineers through documentation, troubleshooting, and feedback-driven improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-enabled developer tools for C++, Python, and Node.js projects
Identify high-friction engineering workflows and convert them into secure GenAI-assisted tooling
Extend the GenAI harness with scripts, secure LLM routing, audited execution paths, and local containerized environments
Build integrations across GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and internal developer systems
Improve build, test, and developer-environment workflows
Support engineers through documentation, examples, troubleshooting, and feedback-driven improvements
