About the Role
You will investigate field-reported product issues, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions. You will analyze reliability trends, support failure reproduction and validation, develop quality reporting tools, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of hardware, software, and integrated-system issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, field engineering, systems integration, manufacturing quality, or related technical roles
- Experience with root-cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective action implementation in complex hardware environments
- Ability to diagnose system-level mechanical, electrical, and software interface issues
- Experience analyzing reliability data, defect trends, and operational performance metrics
- Communication and organizational skills for coordinating engineering and operations teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced development and operational environments
Responsibilities
- Investigate field-reported issues across hardware, software, and integrated systems
- Drive root-cause analysis
- Implement corrective and preventive actions with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams
- Analyze reliability, performance, and defect trends
- Support validation, troubleshooting, and failure reproduction for fielded systems
