About the Role
You will develop bare-metal C and C++ code to configure and test new silicon devices. You will plan and debug bringup sequences, deploy validation tests, build Python test automation, analyse failures, improve validation infrastructure, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and debug silicon bringup sequences and tests in bare-metal C and C++
- Deploy configuration sequences and validation tests on first silicon
- Develop automated test frameworks and regression suites in Python
- Collaborate with engineers across disciplines
- Implement validation best practices and improve test methodologies
- Analyse test results and debug failures and defects
- Contribute to shared test and validation infrastructure
- Provide feedback to architects
- Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to engineers
