About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end Procure to Pay implementation in Oracle Fusion Cloud, from requirements and process design through configuration, testing, migration, go-live, and hypercare. You will document requirements, manage vendors and risks, support users, maintain controls, and improve finance processes and reporting.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of large ERP systems experience
- 3–5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud application experience
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher report development
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Cash Management, and Supplier Management
- 10+ years of financial applications experience
- Full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Procure to Pay
- Experience managing projects within budget and timeline
- Experience with SOX controls and change-management processes
- Ability to maintain user access controls and oversee role-based security and segregation-of-duties controls
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to provide on-call and after-hours support for critical deadlines
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Procure to Pay Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
- Document current and future finance workflows and functional specifications
- Oversee supplier and financial master-data migration and validation
- Manage implementation partners, scope, quality, delivery timelines, risks, and issues
- Lead status reporting and manage cross-functional dependencies
- Execute change management and training plans
- Lead post-implementation support, enhancements, release readiness, and handoffs
- Evaluate Oracle releases and coordinate regression testing
- Ensure configurations comply with SOX, audit, regulatory, and segregation-of-duties requirements
- Own Procure to Pay systems, integrations, and technology roadmaps
- Identify and implement automation and process-standardization opportunities
- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Provide application and reporting support and user training
- Develop master and transactional data using OTBI and BI Publisher
