About the Role
You will build, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for Glider using Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, Drizzle, Axiom, and Sentry. You will structure and optimize data models; contribute to liquidity analysis, PNL optimization, and performance monitoring; and implement time-series monitoring for trading strategies and liquidity. You will also work with Python-based solvers and verifier networks to improve strategy execution and portfolio rebalancing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of data systems, crypto trading, and performance monitoring
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and Python
- Experience with time-series monitoring, liquidity analysis, and PNL optimization
- Familiarity with verifier networks such as Eigenlayer
- Proficiency in data modeling within the trading domain
- Ability to design and implement novel solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ability to structure and analyze complex data models
- Deep interest in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
