About the Role

Build and own frameworks, tooling, and CI/CD infrastructure for reliable software delivery. Write Go, design automated test frameworks for REST and gRPC APIs, use LLMs and AI-driven tooling for test generation and regression coverage, create load and chaos tests, improve developer tooling, investigate failures, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production systems
  • Strongly typed language experience with at least 1 year of Go experience
  • Fluency with AI-assisted engineering and LLM-based tools
  • Experience building and maintaining CI pipelines
  • Experience designing and building automated test frameworks for microservices
  • Kubernetes experience beyond the basics, including Helm and security best practices
  • Prior startup experience
  • Ability to take tasks from requirements through deployment and monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Design and build automated test frameworks across REST and gRPC API surfaces
  • Leverage AI and LLM-based tooling to accelerate test generation and regression coverage
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Google Cloud Build
  • Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests
  • Introduce chaos engineering practices with fault-injection and resilience experiments
  • Standardize tooling and infrastructure to improve developer experience
  • Partner with teams to raise test coverage, reliability, and delivery speed
  • Root-cause failures in application code and drive fixes to completion
  • Mentor product engineers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
