About the Role
You will design analog mixed-signal circuits for in-memory compute and die-to-die interfaces. You will develop schematics, analyze performance, build simulation test benches, guide layout, support backend integration and silicon bring-up, and create scripts for test-feature validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-speed circuit design
- Experience with schematic capture, SPICE simulation, and Monte Carlo simulation
- Experience with circuit layout, extraction, and back-annotated simulation
- Channel modeling experience using MATLAB or similar tools
- Cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design analog mixed-signal circuits using Cadence and Synopsys tools
- Develop schematic-level circuit designs and analyze system performance
- Build simulation and verification test benches
- Guide circuit layout in deep sub-micron process nodes
- Integrate design and layout with backend engineers
- Support testboard design, silicon bring-up, bench debug, and characterization
- Build scripts for silicon bring-up and test-feature validation
