About the Role

You will design and implement distributed systems that support AI agents at scale, with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. You will establish testing, observability, and CI/CD practices; own the AI platform technical roadmap; mentor engineers; and work with ML engineers and researchers to productionize AI capabilities while maintaining system stability.

Requirements

7+ years building and operating distributed systems in production
Track record of improving system reliability to 99.9%+ uptime
Expertise in microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
Strong coding skills across the stack
Experience debugging production issues and implementing observability
Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs

Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed systems that support AI agents at scale
Establish testing strategies, observability systems, and CI/CD pipelines
Mentor engineers on building reliable production systems
Own the technical roadmap and architectural decisions for the AI platform
Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to productionize AI capabilities
