About the Role
You will lead sports creative from brief to launch across co-branded campaigns, in-app experiences, paid social, display, CTV, and events. You will build reusable design systems, manage licensing compliance and partner approvals, direct motion design work, and improve paid creative using performance data.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading design for sports or league partnership activations
- Experience with licensing and rights compliance
- Portfolio spanning paid social, display, CTV, and experiential or event assets
- Experience directing and quality-assuring other designers
- Strong understanding of sports visual identity
- Ability to work from brief to launch in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills for partner relationships and cross-functional feedback
- Experience with official major league partnerships is a plus
- Familiarity with prediction markets, sports betting, or financial product design is a plus
- Experience with broadcast-adjacent creative formats is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead creative for sports and league partnership activations
