About the Role

You will run writing camps and studio activations from technical setup through post-camp wrap. You will demonstrate tools, guide artists, troubleshoot issues, gather product feedback, collaborate on feature testing, document insights, and travel to camps and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies
• Communication skills for translating technical concepts and creative needs
• Background as a musician, producer, or artist
• Knowledge of music production, studio operations, recording techniques, and music-making workflows
• Experience building relationships with artists, producers, studio staff, and music-industry professionals
• Experience with Suno or the ability to master music-production platforms
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to work five days per week at the New York office when not traveling

Responsibilities

• Execute writing camp and studio activation experiences
• Manage technical setup, on-site logistics, and creative facilitation
• Provide live demos, hands-on guidance, and troubleshooting for artists
• Demonstrate AI tools for music-making workflows
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on product developments and feature testing
• Document artist feedback, technical issues, and creative discoveries
• Support refinements to camp and studio activation approaches
• Travel to writing camps and studio activations
