Solutions Product Manager (Partner Integrations)

About the Role

You will lead partners from discovery through solution design, launch, and post-launch optimization. You will produce partner solution briefs that specify objectives, user and fund flows, APIs, KYC scope, SLAs, and risks. You will map partner requirements to adapters and APIs (KYC, payouts, card issuing), and drive generalized capabilities when needed. You will author solution diagrams and acceptance criteria, run partner execution and cutover, coordinate with Compliance to define disclosures and audit trails, create support playbooks with Operations and Customer Support, and measure integration success using time-to-integration, NPS, incident and rollback plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in product or solutions roles delivering payments, fintech, or wallets with external partners
  • Proven experience shipping API integrations end-to-end
  • Crypto fluency in stablecoin and tokenized deposit concepts, EVM, and custody paradigms (multisig, MPC, TEE) at a conceptual level
  • Payments fluency in card issuing, spend controls, ledger and settlement, payouts, and reconciliation; experience with Wise, Marqeta, or Stripe is a plus
  • Business-level Chinese and English (write, read, speak)
  • Based in Asia (UTC+5 to +9); Singapore preferred
  • Excellent specification writing, sequencing, and stakeholder management; comfortable in discovery with business development and delivery with engineering
  • Nice to have: experience at Stripe, Marqeta, Nuvei, Checkout.com or crypto exchanges/issuers
  • Nice to have: early-stage startup experience (founder or core team member)
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience with Turnkey or similar wallet infrastructure
  • Nice to have: experience launching products across APAC with varied KYC/AML regimes

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner journey from discovery to solution design to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Produce partner solution briefs including objectives, flows, APIs, KYC scope, SLAs, and risks
  • Map partner asks to platform adapters and APIs (KYC, payouts, card issuing) and drive new capabilities when required
  • Author solution diagrams and acceptance criteria and manage project execution and cutover
  • Coordinate with Compliance to implement disclosures, flows, and audit trails
  • Define support playbooks with Operations and Customer Support
  • Measure and report integration metrics including time-to-integration, success criteria, NPS, and incident and rollback plans
