About the Role
The Solutions Engineer bridges sales and technical teams by supporting customer discussions, setting up proofs of concept, demonstrating SDK and API capabilities, answering technical queries, and documenting product integrations for Liminal's digital-asset infrastructure platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in B2B crypto, blockchain, or SaaS organizations
- Client-facing experience
- Experience with SDKs, APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of distributed systems, databases, and developer tools
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Postman or similar API tools
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Degree in Engineering
Responsibilities
- Respond to potential and existing customers’ technical queries
- Deliver tailored demonstrations matching different client requirements
- Understand and communicate wallet infrastructure requirements of potential clients
- Provide in-depth technical presentations on product features to clients
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Gather client feedback on product improvements and communicate findings to product and technical teams
- Develop and maintain technical guides and documentation
