About the Role
Own end-to-end customer implementations, connecting customer environments with Sardine’s platform through APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows. Guide clients through onboarding, design technical solutions, manage implementation projects, maintain integration documentation, resolve production issues, and provide product feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with OpenAPI, web development, and scripting internal tools using Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing integration team.
- Provide end-to-end technical support to clients during onboarding.
- Own API, SDK, integration-guide, and support documentation.
- Analyze client technical and functional requirements and design solutions.
- Manage implementation projects, quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
