About the Role

You will own customer implementations end to end, connecting customer environments with the platform through APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows. You will guide clients through onboarding, design solutions for their technical and business requirements, manage implementation projects, maintain integration documentation, resolve production issues, and share product feedback with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with internal and external technical teams.
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to completion.
  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
  • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting internal tools using Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing integration team.
  • Provide end-to-end technical support to clients during onboarding.
  • Own API, SDK, integration-guide, and support documentation.
  • Analyze client technical and functional requirements and design solutions.
  • Manage implementation projects, quality, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria.
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.
