About the Role
You will act as chief of staff to the Program Lead for strategic accounts. You will align stakeholders, define program value, manage delivery frameworks and risks, prepare governance materials, and automate planning, reporting, and follow-up workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or as a Chief of Staff
- AI tool and workflow automation experience
- Ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders
- Business strategy and technical delivery communication
- Experience operating in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Align client stakeholders and account teams on priorities and delivery standards
- Prepare weekly cadences, steering committee materials, and risk dashboards
- Scope programs, use cases, business cases, and value frameworks
- Track long-term business impact
- Own delivery timelines, milestones, reporting, commitments, and risk escalation
- Standardize delivery workflows
- Build internal tools for program delivery
- Automate planning, reporting, and follow-up workflows
