About the Role
You will own technical delivery from deal close through production, defining customer setups, API integrations, security architecture, and documentation. You will guide complex financial-system integrations, create reusable architecture patterns and playbooks, resolve integration challenges, support technical discovery and solution design, mentor technical professionals, and maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
- Have experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems
- Bring software development experience and hands-on technical capability
- Understand IT security deeply and demonstrate cloud experience
- Know enterprise architecture and its best practices
- Demonstrate technical leadership through mentoring engineers or architects and setting technical standards
- Bring pre-sales exposure in solution architecture, sales engineering, or RFP support, preferably
- Communicate excellently in written and spoken English
- Speak additional EMEA languages, preferably
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production and take end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions
- Define enterprise customer setups including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation
- Steer complex core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule integrations through production
- Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks for EMEA delivery
- Coordinate Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to solve complex integration challenges
- Support strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design
- Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout delivery
- Mentor engineers or architects and set technical standards
