About the Role

You will work directly with customer engineering and operations groups to understand complex environments and deliver production-ready solutions. You will prototype, configure, deploy, integrate, test, and support enterprise software, including in on-premise, network-isolated, and air-gapped environments. You will also create reusable deployment assets and convert implementation feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

  • Four to eight years of experience in software engineering forward deployed engineering solutions engineering professional services technical consulting implementation engineering or enterprise software delivery
  • Proficiency in at least one systems or backend language such as Python Go or Rust
  • Experience implementing and deploying enterprise software in complex customer environments
  • Understanding of protocol intermediation enterprise integration patterns cloud technologies security fundamentals and modern software architectures
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers during implementation and deployment projects
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Ability to collaborate across product management engineering enterprise sales and consulting functions
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer engagements
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations across Europe
  • Excellent English skills
  • Financial institution experience preferred
  • Bitcoin blockchain digital assets tokenization or fintech experience preferred
  • Experience integrating enterprise software through APIs and modern integration frameworks preferred
  • Cloud containerized deployment or infrastructure automation knowledge preferred
  • Layer-2 and digital asset infrastructure familiarity preferred
  • Experience contributing implementation feedback to engineering roadmaps preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prototype minimum viable solutions and proof of concepts with AI-assisted development
  • Support technical pre-sales RFPs RFIs security questionnaires and solution scoping
  • Own technical delivery from project kickoff through production deployment and post-launch support
  • Understand financial institutions' business processes operational workflows and technical environments
  • Configure deploy and optimize enterprise products
  • Plan implementations and execute configuration testing UAT deployment and post-go-live support
  • Define implementation success criteria and milestones
  • Deliver administrator and end-user enablement sessions
  • Integrate enterprise products with core banking and capital-markets systems
  • Deploy into on-premise network-isolated and air-gapped environments
  • Produce security and audit evidence for compliance and penetration testing
  • Design integrations using integration interfaces and data pipeline technologies
  • Troubleshoot technical configuration and integration challenges
  • Develop reusable deployment assets playbooks documentation and best practices
  • Resolve product issues and improve implementation quality
  • Facilitate technical workshops architecture discussions and implementation planning
  • Advise customer stakeholders throughout implementations
  • Build relationships across customer technology operations security and engineering functions
  • Turn implementation learnings and customer feedback into code
  • Identify repeatable deployment patterns and standardize implementation methods
  • Contribute implementation insights to product roadmaps
  • Improve deployment frameworks and time-to-production
