About the Role
You will own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major banks and financial institutions across EMEA. You will lead architecture design, integration, and deployment on customer infrastructure, define secure customer setups, guide complex integrations into production, create reusable delivery patterns, support technical pre-sales, and coordinate customers with internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
- Experience with blockchain cryptography Web3 technologies banks financial institutions or enterprise financial systems
- Software development experience
- Strong IT security knowledge and cloud experience
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Pre-sales experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Additional EMEA languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production
- Define enterprise customer setups including API integrations security architecture and documentation
- Lead integrations across core banking custody tokenisation and Travel Rule systems
- Create reusable reference architectures integration patterns and playbooks
- Coordinate Sales Product R&D and customers on integration challenges
- Support strategic pre-sales with technical discovery and solution design
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
