About the Role

You will lead day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects from mobilization through energization. You will coordinate contractors, trades, and vendors; maintain integrated schedules; enforce safety; resolve field conflicts; manage quality and close-out workflows; and report progress, costs, resources, and procurement risks.

Requirements

• Experience managing utility-scale solar, solar-plus-storage, or high-voltage substation construction through commercial operation.
• Experience coordinating civil, racking, PV, electrical, and BESS scopes.
• Experience developing and executing site safety plans and subcontractor safety compliance.
• Ability to identify long-lead equipment, SCADA integration, and interconnection risks.
• Experience building and driving integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Utility-scale BESS construction experience.
• Substation and gen-tie scope experience.
• Multi-site concurrent delivery experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, civil crews, electrical trades, and equipment vendors.
• Build and maintain integrated construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Issue recovery plans when critical-path work slips.
• Enforce site safety programs and subcontractor compliance.
• Coordinate civil, racking, PV, inverter, BESS, and MV/HV electrical trades.
• Manage QA/QC, RFI, submittal, change-order, and close-out workflows.
• Track and report progress, earned value, costs, and resource loading.
• Surface long-lead equipment procurement risks early.
