About the Role
You will develop Python-based automated tests, utilities, and analysis tools for autonomy software validation. You will support verification across simulation and hardware environments, analyze results, improve test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD workflows, and participate in laboratory testing of autonomous systems.

- Master’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities
- Develop Python-based automated tests, test utilities, and analysis tools
- Support verification and validation across simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, and representative system environments
- Build regression, integration, functional, and performance tests
- Analyze test results and assist with debugging software and integration issues
- Develop tools that reduce manual testing and improve repeatability
- Develop software quality metrics, dashboards, test reports, and readiness assessments
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and flight-test stakeholders on validation requirements
- Participate in laboratory and hardware testing
- Improve test coverage, automation, documentation, and validation workflows
