About the Role

You will monitor system health, troubleshoot operational and technical issues, analyze performance data, document findings, and support escalations. You will complete a scoped improvement project while following safety procedures in an active warehouse environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of robotics, automation, electromechanical systems, controls, or industrial operations
Familiarity with PLCs, SQL, Linux, Python, Power BI, Excel, data visualization, or continuous improvement practices
Hands-on experience or interest in robotics and electromechanical equipment
Data analysis and communication skills
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Monitor system health and troubleshoot operational, mechanical, electrical, robotics, and software issues
Support system tickets and site activities
Analyze alarms, performance metrics, and operational data
Document issues and communicate technical concepts to site teams and customers
Assist with production-impacting escalations and follow-up actions
Complete a continuous improvement project using site data
Follow OSHA, company, and customer safety procedures
