About the Role
You will own training-product features from conception through release. You will design APIs and abstractions, implement features across the API, backend, database, infrastructure, and frontend layers, fine-tune and deploy models, partner with research engineers, improve reliability, and resolve customer issues urgently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software applications
- Deep knowledge of web stacks, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience developing developer tooling or infrastructure products
- Product judgment for developer-oriented tools
- Interest in ML or AI infrastructure and willingness to learn
- Strong ownership
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design ergonomic APIs and abstractions
- Implement features across API, backend, database, infrastructure, and frontend layers
- Fine-tune and deploy models to understand training workflows
- Partner with model developers and research engineers
- Improve system reliability and development velocity
- Fix bugs and resolve customer issues urgently
