About the Role

You will design, develop, and maintain backend services for institutional crypto trading, optimize system performance, scalability, and security, and collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that support the full trade lifecycle. You will take ownership of your work and contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, while solving complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience in Java preferred; alternatively, Go or C++
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade trading, risk or investment software strongly preferred, or a strong demonstrated interest through project work
  • Experience working with large and complex backend systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Local to NYC HQ
