About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain backend services supporting crypto trading and settlement. Optimize performance, scalability, and security; build solutions across the full trade lifecycle; and contribute from design and implementation through testing and deployment. Work on order routing, market data connectivity, position management, and risk systems while solving complex engineering problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with complex backend systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Interest in financial technology
- Local to the London headquarters
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support crypto trading and settlement
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions supporting the full trade lifecycle
- Contribute across the development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and deployment
- Solve complex engineering problems
