About the Role
You will build backend services, APIs, data models, and microservices for high-volume payment products. You will collaborate with mobile and web engineers, deliver full-stack features, and lead decisions on architecture, scalability, reliability, testing, monitoring, deployment, and secure data handling.
Requirements
- Proficiency in distributed systems for high-scale low-latency environments
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, Python, or Java
- Experience with high-volume streaming systems
- At least 2 years of experience working on large-scale consumer applications
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services, APIs, and data models for high-volume multi-user environments
- Work with iOS, Android, and web engineers to ship products
- Design infrastructure and microservices for payments, transactions, growth, monetization, and engagement
- Build and maintain full-stack features, including dashboards, personalized experiences, interactive tools, and real-time analytics
- Lead architecture, scalability, and reliability decisions for high-concurrency low-latency systems
- Uphold engineering standards through testing, monitoring, deployment, and secure data handling
