About the Role
You will build secure and resilient infrastructure from the ground up, review code across the stack and engineering organization, and participate in developing Para’s recovery product. You will influence the product roadmap, help scale the product and team, and make significant contributions as a founding engineer on the core team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack engineering experience with significant product-critical contributions
- Experience working with highly scalable and secure systems
- Systems design experience and familiarity with complex systems
- Experience building 0-to-1 products, preferably in startup environments
- Product sense and intuition for end-user experience and business value
- Interest in blockchain and cryptography and familiarity with crypto-powered products
- Experience with TypeScript, Go, and AWS
- Desire to work at a very early-stage startup
- Prior blockchain or applied cryptography experience, particularly with MPC-based systems
- Prior engineering leadership experience
