About the Role
Join Robinhood's Enterprise Build team to assess AI-built prototypes, decide whether to harden, rebuild, or redirect them, and deliver secure production software for Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience building and running production backend or full-stack systems.
- Cloud experience, preferably with GCP, including containerized services, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with serverless technologies.
- Fluency with agentic coding tools and experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows.
- Ability to review, harden, and productionize AI-generated code.
- Strong product sense, scoping discipline, and communication with non-engineering partners.
- Experience in highly regulated industries, particularly finance or fintech, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess prototypes and decide whether to harden, rebuild, or redirect them.
- Design, build, and ship secure enterprise services.
- Use AI agents for assessment, porting, test scaffolding, and production artifacts such as MCP servers and agent skills.
- Work with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance partners to translate workflows into adopted software.
- Deliver runbooks, evaluations, dashboards, and operational handoffs.
- Establish reusable platform capabilities.
- Review and harden AI-generated code.
