About the Role

You will assess AI-built prototypes and decide whether to harden rebuild or redirect them. You will design and ship secure enterprise services with standards such as SSO audit logging secrets management CI/CD infrastructure as code and security review. You will work with business partners to translate workflows into adopted software and deliver runbooks evaluations and dashboards.

Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience
Experience building and running production backend or full-stack systems
Cloud experience with GCP preferred
Experience with containerized services CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Experience with serverless technologies
Fluency with agentic coding tools
Experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows
Communication with non-engineering partners
Experience in finance or fintech preferred

Responsibilities

Assess prototypes and decide whether to harden rebuild or redirect them
Design build and ship enterprise services
Use AI agents for assessment porting and test scaffolding
Build MCP servers sub-agents and agent skills when appropriate
Work directly with Finance HR Legal and Compliance partners
Translate business workflows into adopted software
Deliver runbooks evaluations and dashboards
Establish reusable platform capabilities
Review and harden AI-generated code
