About the Role
You will build autonomy-development tools for multi-agent UAV mission planning, coordination, and training. You will create and test reference autonomy from simulation through flight deployment, shape simulation workflows, collaborate with product teams and customers, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering or equivalent research experience
- Hands-on unmanned aerial systems development or multi-agent optimization and control experience
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience with complex multidisciplinary projects
- English communication skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent autonomy development tools
- Build and validate reference UAV autonomy from simulation through real-airframe deployment
- Define simulation fidelity, tuning, and validation workflows
- Collaborate with US product and engineering teams
- Contribute to system design and architecture
- Run technical deep dives with defense customers
- Guide customers in using autonomy-development tools
- Mentor engineers and share domain knowledge
