About the Role
You will design and build systems for real-time AI-powered customer interactions. You may work on AI agents, agent assist, conversation intelligence, AI evaluation, platform infrastructure, and user-facing features. You will collaborate to ship production-ready solutions, improve AI behavior, optimize reliability and latency, and own problems from identification through delivery.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Interest in user-facing products, backend systems, or real-time data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with web development, APIs, or system design fundamentals
- Understanding of reliable and maintainable systems
- Curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, or production AI systems
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for real-time AI-powered customer interactions
- Build features combining LLMs, data systems, and user-facing applications
- Collaborate to ship production-ready solutions
- Build systems for AI evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and reliability
- Own problems from identifying gaps through shipping solutions
