About the Role
You will develop and deploy backend services and internal tools that automate settlement, funding, and liquidity-management workflows. You will work with Product Operations and Product to turn manual processes into dependable software, contribute to REST APIs, database migrations, and React components, and maintain reliable real-time financial systems through on-call support. You will write tested, reviewable code and participate in technical discussions.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems
- Backend experience with Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Object-oriented development and production-grade codebase experience
- Ability to contribute across backend APIs and UI components
- Knowledge of relational databases, REST API development, and distributed systems
- Ability to navigate and extend existing codebases
- Communication skills for working with operations, finance, and product teams
- Experience using AI coding tools
- Experience with financial systems, payments, or operations automation workflows
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Postgres, and React
- Experience building or deploying agentic systems
