About the Role
You will design and build platform systems for organization management, access control, compliance, and administrative tooling. You will own organization management, authorization, enterprise policies, audit logs, admin APIs, and compliance-related platform features from database schema and API design through admin UI and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience building multi-tenant organization or IAM systems in production
- Knowledge of permission models, role inheritance, and policy evaluation
- Experience shipping RBAC or ABAC systems
- Knowledge of authorization correctness and fail-closed design
- Experience delivering features from database schema and API design through admin UI and documentation
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve multi-level organization management, groups, roles, lifecycle, and SCIM provisioning
- Design and implement fine-grained RBAC
- Extend enterprise settings, security policies, and configuration inheritance
- Deepen comprehensive and queryable audit logging infrastructure
- Build admin APIs and internal tooling
- Ship SSO enforcement, session management, allowlisting, analytics, and compliance controls
- Define enterprise platform abstractions with product, security, and infrastructure teams
