About the Role
You design build and maintain internal tools platforms and AI-powered solutions. You improve developer productivity and system reliability analyze bottlenecks contribute to observability and security initiatives implement AI governance and help establish secure scalable engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Ability to deliver reliable maintainable and scalable software
- Proficiency in Ruby Golang JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with backend services APIs and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience profiling troubleshooting and optimizing queries and application performance
- Experience building developer tools internal platforms or AI-powered applications
- Familiarity with AI security practices guardrails or governance frameworks is a plus
- Understanding of payment systems fintech infrastructure or blockchain technologies is preferred
- Understanding of software design system architecture testing and CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain internal tools and platforms
- Build AI-powered solutions for developer productivity
- Support tooling for Engineering Product and Operations teams
- Identify performance bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies
- Debug and improve reliability scalability and throughput
- Contribute to observability monitoring and operational excellence
- Implement AI security guardrails and governance mechanisms
- Evaluate and mitigate risks in AI-enabled systems
- Develop and adopt engineering standards and best practices
- Promote secure maintainable and reliable software development
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Gather stakeholder feedback and improve developer experience
