About the Role
You will build software pipelines to calibrate vehicle sensor parameters and manage calibration lifecycle, deployment, data collection, processing, and evaluation. You will collaborate with calibration algorithm engineers, develop offline and online calibration capabilities, enable sensor fusion, and create user-friendly calibration procedures and HMI status integrations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building software components or systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- Experience with calibration, middleware, benchmarking suites, data sets, pipelines, or algorithmic libraries
- C++ and/or Python programming expertise
- Ability to learn new technical tools
- Interest in solving real-world autonomous-system applications
Responsibilities
- Implement calibration pipelines for sensor intrinsic and extrinsic parameters
- Design calibration lifecycle, deployment, data collection, processing, and evaluation processes
- Collaborate with the core calibration algorithm team
- Build offline and online calibration algorithms
- Enable sensor fusion across cameras, lidar, radar, IMU, and GNSS
- Design user-friendly calibration procedures and expose calibration status through HMI integration
