About the Role
You will design, prototype, and ship internal full-stack products across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. You will work with users to understand workflows, turn recurring needs into reusable platforms, make product decisions, and continuously improve the user experience from feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building production software
- Full-stack engineering experience
- Ability to independently take a product from idea to shipment
- Systems and abstraction thinking
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
