About the Role
You will own pricing, billing, and revenue infrastructure, including invoicing, metering, and reporting. You will build billing-platform integrations, translate business workflows into internal tools, improve reliability for revenue-critical workflows, and resolve production issues with durable fixes.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing and revenue infrastructure
- Build and evolve the billing platform and integrations, including Orb
- Create internal tooling and automation for quoting, approvals, renewals, reconciliation, and revenue reporting
- Design systems that support new products, packaging, and go-to-market motions
- Drive reliability for revenue-critical workflows through monitoring, alerting, incident response, backfills, and runbooks
- Clarify requirements, propose technical approaches, and ship high-impact projects
- Debug and resolve production issues
