About the Role

You will own full-stack features for file management, knowledge bases, agent skills and integrations, and enterprise data synchronization. You will take work from technical design through launch and iteration, collaborate on requirements and prototypes, maintain high engineering standards, and ensure the quality and reliability of AI-assisted work.

Requirements

• Production full-stack development experience with Python and React
• Experience building and deploying high-performance client-side or server-side RAG or agentic applications at scale
• Experience owning features end-to-end
• Full-stack software engineering ability
• Product ownership and user-experience judgment

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack file-management, knowledge-base, agent-integration, and data-sync features
• Own features from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration
• Write minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and modelling teams on requirements and prototypes
• Improve engineering patterns, testing discipline, code review, and mentoring
• Use AI while maintaining responsibility for quality and reliability
