About the Role
You will own user-facing product surfaces from interaction design through frontend, application logic, APIs, data models, and search or model calls. You will ship continuously, use AI tools, prototype ambiguous ideas, evaluate real usage data, improve reliability and latency, and work directly with designers, product managers, and research engineers.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience or strong production internships
- Experience with a backend language such as Python or Go
- Experience with services, APIs, and relational data modeling
- Experience with React and TypeScript
- Evidence of production work, side projects, open-source contributions, hackathon work, or research software
- Experience with AI products
Responsibilities
- Own user-facing surfaces from interaction design through backend systems
- Ship production code continuously
- Use AI agents and coding models to build products
- Turn product ideas into prototypes and evaluate them using usage data and evaluations
- Improve reliability, latency, and craft
- Work directly with designers, product managers, and research engineers
