About the Role

You will build automation pipelines for bare-metal GPU clusters, Kubernetes, and Slurm. You will develop Go APIs and Kubernetes operators, automate node configuration and lifecycle operations, maintain validation and observability systems, and document reliable operational procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering or platform engineering experience
• 3+ years writing production Go
• Understanding of Kubernetes informers, work queues, controller-runtime, client-go, CRDs, custom controllers, operators, and admission webhooks
• Experience building Kubernetes Operators
• Experience building production-scale gRPC and REST APIs in Go
• Knowledge of PXE, IPMI, and BMC
• Testing experience across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, or similar observability stacks

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated bare-metal GPU cluster provisioning pipelines
• Automate Slurm and Kubernetes lifecycle operations
• Develop infrastructure for GPU node configuration, drivers, and firmware
• Own cluster validation, health checks, and GPU burn-in automation
• Build day-two operations automation for remediation, upgrades, and drain and cordon workflows
• Write and maintain runbooks and documentation
• Own observability for automation services, provisioning pipelines, and cluster health systems
