About the Role
You will design and deliver software connecting physical robots with fleet management, real-time control, customer interfaces, and internal operations. You will build scalable backend systems and data pipelines, establish technical standards, review code, mentor engineers, and lead architecture decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years leading teams that ship production systems
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, APIs, and real-time data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++
- Experience designing scalable, performant, and stable systems
Responsibilities
- Design and ship scalable backend systems for robot control, data pipelines, and fleet monitoring
- Deliver customer-facing applications for robot control, monitoring, and management
- Build internal platforms for logistics, manufacturing, and service operations
- Set technical direction and reliability and performance standards
- Review code, mentor engineers, and make architectural decisions
