About the Role
Build internal and external AI agents for large customers, identify user pain points, scope product requirements, deliver solutions end to end, collaborate across customer-facing teams, and prioritize custom solutions versus broader product initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and excitement with customer-facing work.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for large customers.
- Understand user pain points and scope product specifications.
- Build internal and external agents that resolve customer blockers and enable agentic user experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand value.
- Drive the product engineering roadmap through the embedding model.
- Develop domain expertise and prioritize custom solutions versus broader initiatives.
