About the Role
You will build production software that automates hiring, cash forecasting, capital releases, contract processing, and operational workflows. You will embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people functions to convert expert processes into structured data, automated approvals, and generated work.
Requirements
- Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Ability to independently identify problems, design solutions, and ship software
- Experience driving adoption of software with non-engineering domain experts
Responsibilities
- Build software for hiring workflows, recruiting-system synchronization, interviewer capacity, and onboarding
- Build cash forecasting, payment scheduling, and capital-release systems
- Parse contracts into structured obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs
- Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people functions to automate workflows
