About the Role
You will build and ship advertising-product features across delivery, targeting, optimization, measurement, and advertiser experiences. You will contribute to reliable distributed systems, use AI capabilities to improve advertising products, collaborate with product partners, and debug and improve production services.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience building software through internships, projects, research, open-source work, startups, or full-time roles
- Interest in backend systems, distributed systems, data pipelines, product engineering, or AI applications
Responsibilities
- Build and ship X Ads Platform product features
- Develop systems for ad delivery, targeting, optimization, measurement, and advertiser experience
- Use infrastructure and AI capabilities to improve advertising products
- Contribute to reliable, fast, and scalable distributed systems
- Collaborate with engineers, product leads, and cross-functional partners
- Debug, maintain, and improve production systems
