About the Role
You will define and execute the engineering strategy, provide architectural and organizational guidance, and lead multiple distributed engineering teams. You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product and platform initiatives; improve workflows and development practices; evolve scalable and maintainable systems; align priorities with Product, QA, DevOps, and executive stakeholders; manage development risks; and promote observability, security, testing, and release management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in modern architectures, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and engineering metrics.
- Experience managing distributed teams and scaling organizations across multiple geographies.
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills for technical and non-technical leaders.
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability in high-stakes environments.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
