About the Role
You will lead, coach, and develop engineering teams. You will align technology strategy and roadmaps with stakeholders, oversee delivery and release coordination, improve reliability and performance, manage risks and dependencies, and build engineering talent.
Requirements
- Six to eight or more years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Full-stack development, enterprise systems, and modern architecture experience
- Experience delivering web and API applications
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Technical decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
