About the Role
You will architect and specify chiplets for robotics and automotive applications. You will translate high-level requirements into detailed architectural direction, identify features that improve performance, power, area, safety, and reliability, and collaborate across design, verification, software, and systems functions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SoC architecture, including interconnects, I/O, memory, and CPUs
- Knowledge of performance, power, and reliability constraints
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn functional safety, ISO 26262, and automotive-grade design challenges
- 5+ years of experience translating high-level requirements into detailed architectural direction
