About the Role
You will identify, evaluate, and secure powered land and power shell opportunities across EMEA, with an immediate focus on the Nordics. You will assess sites in person, maintain a qualified pipeline, lead commercial evaluation and pre-acquisition activities, manage market relationships, and monitor grid, planning, and competitor developments.

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate powered land and power shell opportunities across EMEA
- Assess power capacity, grid connections, substations, cooling, fibre connectivity, density, and permitting risks
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified opportunities
- Lead shortlisting and commercial evaluation
- Produce recommendation reports for leadership decisions
- Manage pre-acquisition activities through signing
- Coordinate with legal, construction, finance, and external advisors
- Develop relationships with landowners, developers, utilities, grid operators, brokers, and planning authorities
- Track market availability, grid capacity releases, planning approvals, and competitor activity
