About the Role
You will support the deployment, maintenance, and service of robotics and automation equipment. You will develop spare-parts lists, maintain BOMs, manage PLM and asset data, establish maintenance requirements, and provide service input for documentation and equipment support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with BOM structures and Engineering Change Orders
- Experience reading or developing engineering drawings using PLM or CAD tools
- Knowledge of robotics and automation equipment
- Excel proficiency and ability to work with large datasets
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Develop spare-parts lists for robotics and automation equipment
- Maintain maintenance and operations BOM structures
- Develop and source customer-site spare-parts lists
- Support part creation and release in the PLM database
- Review and update datasheets and sourcing information
- Develop equipment asset lists and planned maintenance requirements in the CMMS
- Provide technical input for service documentation, tools, test equipment, and spare-parts requirements
- Provide service feedback to improve product supportability
