About the Role
You will own the SEO function from strategy through execution and results. You will develop global SEO initiatives, run technical audits, work with product and development teams on implementation, manage content production and copywriters, build links, test growth hypotheses, and report organic performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience with international SEO projects across CIS, US, EU, or LATAM markets
- Expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building
- Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production
- Advanced knowledge of AI and SEO tools including Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable global SEO strategy
- Conduct technical SEO audits and drive implementation with product and development teams
- Build and manage the content production process
- Hire and manage copywriters
- Create content briefs and control content quality
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy
- Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses
- Track and report organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
