About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HRIS systems. You'll be the go-to expert for Workday, overseeing system administration, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting, all while supporting the employee experience across the organization. You'll collaborate closely with People, Payroll, and IT teams, acting as a trusted partner who enables data-driven decisions and seamless People operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday administrator experience, with strong knowledge of core HCM modules
  • Deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes
  • Love of creating and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Workday, managing configuration, security, business processes, integrations, and system updates
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
  • Oversee system upgrades and releases, ensuring new features are tested, documented, and communicated to stakeholders
  • Provide Workday training and support to People team members, managers, and employees to maximize adoption and efficiency
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, monitoring, and troubleshooting of discrepancies
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT to ensure integrations are accurate and secure
  • Drive process improvements within Workday to enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall employee experience
  • Document system configurations, business processes, and user procedures to support continuity and compliance
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, staying current on new features and best practices
