About the Role
You'll join the People Partnering (HR) team as a key contributor to daily HR operations. This 6-month internship gives you a comprehensive, hands-on view of human resources, working closely with internal and external stakeholders based in France. You'll handle personnel administration and onboarding tasks, manage HR data in Personio, produce key HR reporting indicators, follow up on training files with the OPCO, and support recruitment and internship campaigns.
Requirements
- Master's student (Bac+5) in Human Resources Social Law Management or Business School with HR specialization
- Comfortable with office tools especially Excel prior experience with an HRIS is a plus
- Rigorous organized and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional discretion
- Operational level of English appreciated international environment
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration tasks including occupational health visits health insurance meal vouchers pre-employment declarations and on-call tracking
- Prepare variable payroll elements for the payroll team
- Support onboarding of new employees including administrative files internal tools and first-day coordination
- Administer and update data in Personio
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system settings for the French scope
- Produce and track key HR indicators including headcount absenteeism and turnover
- Ensure administrative follow-up of training files with the OPCO
- Coordinate observation internship campaigns
- Provide occasional support to recruitment activities
